Our Story
The Sullivan Family have been in Northern Nevada for the past four generations and are proud to call this our home. Growing up, my parents instilled in me that hard work pays off and I have been serious about that ever since.
We came into the junk removal and moving business quite naturally. Prior to his passing, my dad was an entrepreneur and had invested in property throughout different areas of Northern Nevada. After he passed, my mom kept up this legacy by purchasing properties that she would be able to leave to her six children.
When she passed, we worked together to start investing in real estate purchasing homes that were in need of some TLC to be resold to the next home buyer. During one of our purchases, the seller was in need of help clearing out her space and getting her items packed and moved. The quote she received was outrageous, so we worked together as a family to help her not only sell her home, but also pack her items, transport them to her, and dispose of any items she didn't need in her new home. After assisting her we felt that there was an underserved community in our great city and TSA was born.
